
The new year brings much to look forward to in pop culture. We’ve done our research, and this is your most anticipated for 2026.
Music:
Cloud 9. This is the third album of country artist Megan Moroney, who recently became very popular from her first two albums, Lucky and Am I Okay? Fans are excited to hear more music and to see her live on tour. (Out on February 20.)
The Romantic. This is the first solo album from the beloved Bruno Mars since his hit album 24K Magic came out 10 years ago. Fans are excited to hear what Mars has been up to and to hear him solo, rather than in his duo “Silk Sonic” with Anderson Paak. (Out on February 27.)
Arirang. Fans are overjoyed for the return of the K-pop band BTS after a 4-year hiatus. The band has said this album is deeply personal to them, sharing their personal experiences. Fans cannot wait to hear them again and even see them in a newly announced world tour. (Out on March 20.)
Kiss All the Time, Disco Occasionally. After an almost 4-year hiatus from the public, Harry Styles has taken to Instagram, announcing a brand-new album. Fans are beyond excited to see him back in action, as well as another residency at Madison Square Garden.
Tours:
LOOP Tour, Ed Sheeran will be touring his eighth studio album, Play. (Starts in June in North America.)
The Romantic Tour: Bruno Mars is touring his newest album, The Romantic. This is his first major tour since his 24K Magic World Tour in 2018. (Starts April 10 in Las Vegas.)
Still The Problem, Morgan Wallen is continuing the tour of his album, I’m the Problem. After finishing the initial tour of the album, Wallen is continuing with another 21-stadium show. (Starts April 10 in Minneapolis.)
The Mayhem Ball: Lady Gaga is picking back up with the tour of her album, Mayhem (picking back up February 14 in Glendale).
Movies:
The Mandalorian and Grogu: The movie continues the storyline of the show “The Mandalorian.” This film stars Pedro Pascal, reprising his role of Din Djarin/The Mandalorian, and the lovable Grogu (in Theatres May 22).
Moana Live Action: This movie is another live action of the hit Disney movie, Moana. This film stars Catherine Laga’aia as Moana and Dwayne Johnson reprising the role of Maui. (In Theatres July 10.)
Micheal: This is a biographic film of Michael Jackson, following his life and fame. This movie stars Jaffar Jackson, Jackson’s nephew (in theatres April 24).
Scream 7: This movie is the next in line of Scream movies, where a new Ghostface has emerged. This movie stars Neve Campbell, reprising her role of Sidney Prescott (in theatres February 27).
TV Shows:
Y: Marshals, This show is a spinoff of the show Yellowstone. This show stars Luke Grimes reprising his role of Kayce Dutton (premieres on CBS March 1).
Bridgerton Season 4, Part 2: The next part of this beloved show follows Benedict Bridgerton on a Cinderella-inspired love story. This show will star Luke Thompson and Yerin Ha (streaming on Netflix February 26).
One Piece Season 2: This show, based on the popular One Piece manga series, has come back for season 2, as the Straw Hats enter the perilous Grand Line. This show stars Iñaki Godoy reprising his role as Monkey D. Luffy (streaming on Netflix March 10).
