About the Contributors

Melanie Gallo, Editor-in-Chief
Hello, as Editor-in-Chief, along with the advisors and the assistant editor-in-chief, I oversee the staff involved and work produced in Ram’s Horn; I write and edit articles; and I organize meetings. This is my third year with Ram’s Horn. I love everything about journalism: the writing, the research, the interviews, how it relates to every subject ranging from sports to movies to current events. I am extremely dedicated to making Ram’s Horn more than just the digital newspaper, and I cannot wait to see what the rest of this year has in store.

Zoey Count, Asst. Editor-in-Chief
Hi! My name is Zoey Count, I am a junior at Clarkstown North, and I am Assistant Editor-in-Chief for the Ram’s Horn. As Assistant Editor-in-Chief, I review and edit articles to be published on our site, as well as write articles. Outside of the Ram’s Horn I play for the Varsity tennis team, and I participate in various clubs such as Cue & Curtain, French Club and Model Congress. I also love to travel and write!
